Do you inspect the leased vehicle on return to dealer and rectification?

Yes! Our team have years of experience working with lease vehicles to ensure they look good as new for their return to the dealership.

Do you have processes for each individual repair?

Yes, take a look at the videos on our media section for an insight into the process we use to complete a range of cosmetic repairs.

How long will the repair take?

Most of our repairs will be complete within 3 days. Small bumper repairs often only take 1 day whilst larger repairs can take 2 to 3 days. If you have a specific timeframe that you need the work completed within, get in touch and we can discuss this.

Do we have a courtesy car?

Yes, we can provide you with a courtesy car to use whilst your car is in repair.

Will the colour match correctly?

Yes, we use a full onsite colour matching scheme to ensure that the paint matches seamlessly.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, all of our services have a lifetime warranty.

Will my car be stored safely overnight?

All customers vehicle kept in secure premises overnight with ANPR cameras at the site office entrance + CCTV.
